In Q1 2024, the project entered the technical architecture design phase. This involved creating a comprehensive blueprint for SWSS Estates, detailing the functionalities for real estate tokenization, fractional ownership, smart contracts, and integration with the SWSS ecosystem. The architecture was designed to ensure scalability, security, and compatibility with SWSS Travel and SWSS Pay, focusing on seamless integration and efficient management of digital assets.

By Q2 2024, backend development for SWSS Estates began. This phase involved building the core infrastructure for the platform, including the tokenization engine, blockchain integration, and smart contract functionalities. Emphasis was placed on ensuring the security of transactions, the accuracy of fractional ownership records, and the efficiency of property management processes.

In Q3 2024, the team shifted focus to frontend development and user interface design. The goal was to create a user-friendly platform that allows investors to easily purchase tokens, manage their real estate assets, and track investment performance. The design included features for seamless navigation, property browsing, and integration with other SWSS services, ensuring an intuitive experience for both seasoned investors and newcomers.

During Q4 2024, SWSS Estates entered the beta testing phase. Selected users and investors were invited to test the platform in a controlled environment. Their feedback was instrumental in identifying and resolving any issues, optimizing performance, and enhancing user experience. Concurrently, third-party security audits were conducted to ensure the platform met industry standards for security and compliance.

In Q1 2025, the focus shifted to final development and feature enhancements. Based on beta testing feedback, the team made necessary adjustments and implemented additional features, such as advanced property management tools, enhanced tokenization options, and better integration with SWSS Coin and other SWSS services. This phase was critical for refining the platform and preparing for a successful public launch.

Finally, in Q2 2025, SWSS Estates will officially launch to the public. The platform will enable investors to engage in fractional ownership of high-value properties, leveraging blockchain technology for secure and transparent transactions. SWSS Estates will be integrated with SWSS Travel and SWSS Pay, allowing for seamless management of rental income and comprehensive support for the SWSS ecosystem. The launch marks the beginning of a new era in real estate investment, offering innovative solutions for digital property ownership.
