Overview
This Cookie Policy (the "Policy") supplements the Privacy Policy and explains how SWSS Fintech Limited and its Sub-Processors deploy cookies, software development kits, local storage, session storage, pixel tags and analogous client side technologies (collectively, "Cookies") across the SWSS Ecosystem surfaces enumerated in the Privacy Policy.
The Policy is issued pursuant to Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (the "ePrivacy Directive"), as amended, and equivalent provisions of applicable national law.

Consent & Withdrawal
Cookies that are not Strictly Necessary are deployed only following the User's freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent obtained by affirmative action. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time, with effect for the future, through the Preference Centre described in Section 06 or by clearing browser storage.
Cookie Preference Centre
The granular controls below permit the User to accept or reject each non essential Cookie category. Preferences are persisted locally on the User's terminal equipment and may be revisited at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer.
Manage Your Cookie Preferences
Required for authentication, security, fraud prevention and basic site operation. Cannot be disabled.
Remember preferences such as language, region and interface configuration to improve usability.
Aggregated, pseudonymised measurement of feature engagement and product performance.
Error reporting, latency telemetry and crash diagnostics used to maintain service reliability.
Browser Level Controls
In addition to the Preference Centre, all major web browsers afford the User the ability to block, restrict or delete Cookies at the user agent level. The User should consult the documentation of the browser in use for instructions. The Company notes that blocking Strictly Necessary Cookies may render certain Services inoperable.
Do-Not-Track Signal
Owing to the absence of an industry wide consensus as to the interpretation of the Do-Not-Track ("DNT") HTTP header, the Company does not at present respond differentially to DNT signals. The User may instead rely on the Preference Centre to express granular choices.
Third Party Recipients
Where third party Cookies are deployed (for example, by analytics or observability providers), such recipients process data in their respective capacities as independent controllers or processors under their own published privacy notices. The Company contractually requires such recipients to maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures consistent with applicable data protection law.
Updates To This Policy
The Company may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in deployed technologies, regulatory guidance or operational practice. The effective date stated in the document header indicates the most recent revision. Material amendments shall be brought to the attention of Users through prominent notice within the Services.
