A sovereign L1 secured by SCP v3.2.1 four pillar consensus, settling real world assets, payments and AI compute under deterministic finality, every product on this roadmap pulls in that direction.
Where Settlement First L1 Was Designed
SWSS Chain began in 2019 not as a chain looking for a use case, but as a settlement layer designed for one, bringing real world deeds, payments and AI compute on chain under deterministic finality.
The SCP v3.2.1 four pillar consensus with On Chain Validator Rotation, the DEED-1 settlement standard and the SWSS IVL identity layer were all engineered before a single product shipped, so every product on this roadmap is built on protocol bedrock, not patched on top.

Protocol Research Begins
Foundational research on settlement first L1 design begins. Early SCP papers on Validator Staking, deterministic finality and real world deed settlement are drafted.
SCP Prototypes
Internal SCP v0.x prototypes implement the first consensus modules. Validator simulators stress test Sub Second finality across closed test networks.
Public Testnet & DEED-1
Public Testnet (SWSS Chain Testnet) opens. The DEED-1 settlement standard is drafted with Type 0x03 SCP Transactions and Type 0x04 AI Agent records, finalised by Finality Certificate.
Mainnet Goes LIVE
SWSS Chain Mainnet launches with SCP v3.0.8 four pillar consensus plus On Chain Validator Rotation, delivering deterministic Sub Second finality on 1 second blocks.
Core Ecosystem LIVE
SWSS App, RwaX, Draw, NodeX and DevHub all reach LIVE status. Wallet, Bridge and Staking ship inside SWSS App. swss-cli plus TypeScript, Python, Go and Rust SDKs go public.
Settlement Combustion + ZK Privacy
TSL fee burn and SGP supply governance are LIVE on Mainnet. SCP-ZK v3.3.0 completes a 3 party production ceremony in June 2026 with nullifier registry and IVL backed selective disclosure. SWSS IVL v1.0.0 anchors the Foundation Provider Registry.

Decentralized GPU Compute + ERRP
SWSS InfraX launches a permissionless GPU compute marketplace with Finality Certificate receipts. ERRP revenue recycling activates as Layer 2 of the Settlement Combustion Model.
Scheduled work with a published quarter.
AI OwlX + SWSS Pay + Identity X
SWSS AI OwlX v1 ships an on chain AI agent network using Type 0x04 records. SWSS Pay launches merchant grade instant payments rails. SWSS Identity X launches as the Institutional RWA Identity Platform on IVL.
SWSS Governance (NodeX Module)
On chain validator governance ships as a module inside SWSS NodeX. The governance contract is deployed on SwssChain mainnet 122605 and testnet 122606 and already carries an executed proposal history; the validator facing module opens alongside the SWSS ecosystem applications, so a validator proposes, votes and enacts upgrades from the same portal used to operate a node.
REALM RWA Marketplace
SWSS REALM opens the tokenized real world asset marketplace. Verified issuers list deeds settled under the DEED-1 standard with Finality Certificate guarantees.
SWSS Travel
SWSS Travel launches global bookings rewarded in SWSS Coin. Travel deeds settle directly on chain with refund logic baked into the DEED-1 standard.
SWSS DEX
Open liquidity layer goes live. Permissionless swaps, deep liquidity pools and cross protocol routing across the SWSS Chain network.
Research graduating toward Mainnet, without a quarter.
Forward Protocol Track
The forward Testnet track, SCP v3.2.2 with threshold signing and distributed validator technology research, graduates toward Mainnet while SCP v3.2.1 stays current production.
Live On Mainnet & Testnet
SWSS Chain is publicly verifiable today. Mainnet runs on SWSS Chain Mainnet, the Public Testnet on SWSS Chain Testnet, and a public Explorer plus DevHub RPC keep every block, transaction and deed observable.

Validator Staking Security
Validator Staking with explicit slashing, no probabilistic assumptions. Every block is signed by a known, accountable validator set under SCP v3.2.1.
Deterministic Finality
Sub Second finality is a guarantee, not a probability. Once finalised, a SWSS Chain block can never be reorganised.
Real World Settlement
