SWSS RWAX is the SwssChain platform for real world asset deeds. A deed is a DEED-1 record evidencing an Acquisition Credit — a declared value contributed toward a fixed acquisition price. Every property keeps one clean legal title, and the deed is recorded on chain.
Every property keeps one clean legal title. SWSS Fintech holds legal title before completion and one member holds it after — never joint, never divided, and a government registry records it. A deed conveys no legal or beneficial interest in the property.
Acquisition Credits start from a low declared value, so taking part does not require a large sum. Acquiring one is an exchange of equivalents: stablecoin in, a credit of identical declared value out.
They are not. No class of deed distributes revenue to its holder, and none conveys an entitlement to income. A deed entitles its holder to perform marketing and advertising work with defined deliverables, and verified completion is paid in SWSS Coin, bounded by an annual cap fixed at acquisition.
Yes. A deed is transferable. It moves on the SWSS RWAX Exchange or peer to peer, and the transfer is recorded on chain as a DEED-1 settlement.
RWAX launches with properties in select tier 1 jurisdictions and expands progressively based on regulatory approvals. Updated lists appear inside the platform.
Yes. Identity is verified through SWSS IVL before a deed can be acquired or held, meeting standard KYC and AML obligations.
Each property is managed by a vetted local property management partner appointed by SWSS Fintech, which holds legal title, with on chain reporting of property performance.
Independent third party appraisers re value properties periodically, with results published on chain to ensure full transparency for deed holders.
SWSS RWAX enters Beta in Q4 2026. Deeds are issued and recorded on chain as DEED-1 records under the settlement standard.
